Whats the best audio interface for a home studio?

I'm trying to start my own little home studio but dont know whats the best but not too expensive. I was looking at the MOTU Ultralite-mK3 Hybrid. I've also looked at the Apogee Duet 2 do you think those are good? and which would you prefer?

Should i be so concerned with this?

You really should include some pics. I feel like that sometimes. I don't feel fat or flabby, just really skinny and weak. I just started p90x. I'm 17, but I'm really hoping for some good results.

How do I combine 2 halves of a video file into one?

I have 2 halves of the same film on my computer, how do I combine them into one big long film so I can put it on a DVD and not have to click on the second one after the first is done?
