Spanish Major, pre-med, minor in Global Health?

As an incoming undergraduate, I plan to major in Spanish, complete the pre-medical track, and minor in Global Health. I was also considering minoring in Gerontology but I thought that might've been too much of a workload. What possible career path in medicine can I pursue with these studies? My first intention was to become a family physician in undeserved Spanish-speaking communities and maybe even serve in some developing countries, but I also have a love for the elderly and became interested in becoming a Geriatrician. How can I combine these studies? And should I just go ahead and minor in Gerontology?
